Semi-Dry Process
Cast stone produced in a semi-dry process is remarkably similar to natural stone in both texture and variety of colours available. Giving that authentic stone "feel" that is often not cost effective with natural stone. Semi-dry products involve the use of a low water content or "earth moist" mix and can be manufactured entirely from a facing (through) mix, or a combination of backing and facing mix.
Wet Cast Process
Cast Stone produced in a homogeneous wet cast process is ideal in situations where high strength structural capacity and inherent durability are essential. Additionally, wet cast components have a highere resistance to abrasion and impact damage, particularly exposed arrises.
